Your organization most likely is constantly scheduling events at your campus. The Calendar module allows you to alert your visitors to all of the happenings at your organization.
This module will display events in a monthly list view that visitors can easily navigate by clicking on either the left or right-facing arrows in a menu located at the top of the calendar, shown below. They can also switch between the default monthly list view or a graphical calendar view by clicking on Switch to Graphical Calendar View / Switch to List View If a visitor wants a printer-friendly version of the calendar ( the current month ) to print out. They can by clicking on Print. Finally, with just a click of a button, a visitor can receive instructions on subscribing to a feed by clicking on Subscribe to the Calendar Feed.
SchoolStatusTip - If you use the calendar module to publish lunch menus or other items that do not have a set start and end time, we recommend setting the event to ALL DAY so that neither of those will be displayed.
Additionally, you can sync the calendar module with external calendars such as a Google Calendar. This allows you to continue entering events where you have been and have them displayed in SchoolStatus in either the Calendar module or one of the calendar widgets. To find out more information about syncing, go to the following article, What is a Sync?
