Although we do not recommend embedding a Google calendar since it is not responsive, maybe the built-in calendar module in SchoolStatus isn't what you are looking for, and you want to embed one onto a page. All you have to do is the following ten easy steps to place it onto a page.
- Open Google Calendar on your computer. You can only get the code to embed onto your website from a computer, not the mobile app.
- Take your cursor over the calendar's name under My Calendars, click on the three vertical dots that will appear to the right of it, and select Settings and sharing.
- On the following screen, scroll down to Integrate calendar.
- In the Embed Code section, copy the iframe code displayed. To customize the google calendar's look, click on Customize below the iframe code. On the following screen, you can customize the calendar and embed it as either a weekly or an agenda-style calendar. After customizing, copy the iframe code located at the top of the window.
- Go to the page you would like to place it on and click Edit Page.
- Click the Edit Content icon (pencil) and select the Insert After option.
- In the list of Widgets, select the HTML Source widget. After pasting the code you received from google, click the green Create button.
- Your google calendar will show up on the page.
- Finally, make sure to click Publish to save the page.
