You may find that you will need to refresh your browser's cache sometimes due to a number of reasons. Below you will find instructions to refresh the cache for each of the major browsers.
Please remember that by refreshing your browser's cache you will be logging out of any website that you were logged into and you will need to log back into them again.

Google Chrome
To clear the browser cache for Chrome, go to History in your browser menu and select Show Full History from the options given. On the following screen click on Clear browsing data and finally Clear data. Finally, restart the browser.

Mozilla Firefox
To clear the browser cache for Firefox, click on the settings menu ( three horizontal lines ) in the upper righthand corner of the browser window. Select Preferences from the options given followed by Privacy & Security. On the following screen click on Clear Data under Cookies and Site Data. Finally, restart the browser.

Apple Safari
To clear the browser cache for Safari, click on Safari in the browser's menu and select Preference from the options given. Click on Advanced and at the bottom of the window check on Show Develop menu in menu bar. Now go to the Develop menu and select Empty Caches. Finally, restart the browser.

Microsoft Edge
To clear the browser cache for Edge, click on the three vertical dots in the upper righthand corner of the browser, select Settings, and then Choose what to clear. Select Cached data and files and then Clear. Finally, restart the browser.
